The Garmin Approach G5 could just about revolutionise your golf game!
Not an easy statement to justify, but read on and you might be forced to agree with me.
The thing about golfers is – and I mean all golfers, young and old, male and female, pro and amateur – we do love our gadgets. Since using the Garmin Approach G5 on course, I’ve discovered that over a round I am now using a bigger selection of clubs, and since the clubs are always the right clubs for the distance, you won’t be surprised to know that my scores have dropped significantly. Sure, I can still hit a horrible slice every now and then, but now at least I know that club selection isn’t the problem.
A feature I love deals with varying pin positions. On the map, you simply tap the flag to zoom in on the green, then you drag the flag to its correct position on the green to get an accurate distance reading. Wonderful for reducing your putting strokes.

But we all know that there’s more to golf than the score. I can honestly say that the biggest improvement is not just in the final scores – which have improved handsomely – but in my overall enjoyment of the game.
